Transistor generator SF1 operates in the frequency range 100 - 160 kHz and is divided into two modules: The source module with a temperature controller and a HF module with an inductor application. The operating frequency depends on electrical parameters of the load (heated components). it is suitable for applications that require high density of thermal energy. Control of output power is continuous and in the range from 0 to 100 % of nominal value.
