Encapsulation
This device is intended to be used for hermetic closure (welding) of caps and plugs on different types of necks of bottles or containers made of plastics. It is applied to sandwich closures, which have a laminated film of aluminum inside. Inductive energy transfer to aluminum heats the thermoplastic layer, leading to welding of neck to the closure.
Generator operates in the frequency range from 100 kHz to 150 kHz. Application inductor can be optionally customized to the shape of the heated object.
The device consists of an applicator head and a source unit consisting of MF generator with an inductor.
According to individual requirements and welding technology, it is possible to design a device adapted to the shape of the neck and an overall handling. This device is suitable for mounting on a filling line in the chemical or food industries. For a single application, it is possible to supply a device suitable for a manual handling.

Look into the inductive head with generator HF1-VA5. The dimensions of the inductor depends on the lid size and the required performance of the production line.
