Thyristor Generator SF2-AG

Resonant thyristor generator SF2-AG is designed for applications in induction heating or in special resistive-inductive heating. Output power is controlled continuously across the range of the nominal output power. According to the requirements, the generator can be equipped with a temperature controller, which, based on the operating conditions and applications, will run appropriate temperature program. Standard equipment of generator includes circuits for safe operation (overheating, mains phase loss, loss of cooling water flow).

Production of these generators has been closed. Production of fast power thyristors has already stopped.

Presently we replace these generators with generators SFG-8.

We have discrete power thyristors in stock. We replace modules thyristor-diode with the usage of auxiliary structures.
