Preheating of Machine Parts
These devices are designed for quick heating of special metal components. Energy transfer from a source to the heated object is inductive, operating in the frequency range from 100 to 180 kHz. Application inductor is a part of a generator and is adapted to the specific shape of a heated components.
Thermal energy concentration in the heated object ensures short thermal exposure, heating uniformity and process reproducibility.
The heating process is usually controlled by the time the generator is turned on.
