Brazing

Device is designed for soft and hard brazing of metal parts. Thermal energy is released in the material of brazed parts. Energy transfer from a source is inductive, operating in frequencies form 10 kHz to 150 kHz. A shape of the inductor is customized to the shape of the heated object. The concentration of thermal energy in the immediate vicinity around the brazed area allows substantial reduction of thermal exposure, guarantees uniformity in heating and reproducibility of process. This technology is also advantageous in cases, where it is necessary to heat the entire region for a purpose of separation.
